With a national footprint of over 5,000 customer integrations and a market share of approximately 70%, this robust infrastructure supports their core business, ensuring continued growth and cash flow to fuel their innovative data cloud platform.</p> <h3><strong>About the Job</strong></h3> <p>As a <strong>Staff Accountant</strong> at Avandra Imaging, you will support day-to-day financial operations across multiple operating entities. This role is responsible for executing accounts receivable collections, managing accounts payable, and ensuring accurate cash application and bank reconciliations. </p> <p>The successful  candidate will play a critical role in maintaining strong cash flow, financial accuracy, and operational discipline as the company continues to scale.</p> <p>This is a hands-on, operational role based in Avandra’s Eagan, Minnesota office, or open to remote within the U.S. for the right person.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own accounts receivable collections for Datcard and Sorna, including proactive customer outreach and follow-up.</li> <li>Apply customer payments accurately in QuickBooks and ensure timely cash application.</li> <li>Process and record customer check deposits, customer credit card payments and deposits.</li> <li>Manage accounts payable for Datcard, Sorna, and Connor Group.</li> <li>Review, code, and process vendor bills and support timely payment execution.</li> <li>Maintain accurate and organized financial records in accordance with company standards.</li> <li>Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts.</li> <li>Partner with the Director of Finance and Accounting and broader finance team to support reporting, close activities, and process improvements.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You’ll Need</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general accounting.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with cash collections and cash application.</li> <li>Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and high standards for accuracy.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.</li> <li>Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing, multi-entity environment.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why Avandra?</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Meaningful Impact: </strong>The work we do directly enables medical breakthroughs — such as earlier cancer detection, better Alzheimer's treatments, AI diagnostics that save lives.
