<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><u><b>Job Description</b></u></p><p><b><i>A bit about this role:</i></b></p><p><span>Foundational to our strategy is our ability to be an engine of accurate provider data, which is inherently complex and ever-changing. This role is primarily responsible for validating and improving data quality to better serve our members and inform strategic decisions. You will be a true operator, managing queues, overseeing offshore workflows, and directly engaging with </span>AI-enabled tools<span> to optimize our processes.</span></p><p></p><p><b><i>Your Responsibilities and Impact will include:</i></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Manage inbound data work queues (onboarding, provider terminations, and member notifications) to ensure fast, accurate processing.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Actively maintain and iterate on AI-enabled workflows; evaluate AI agent performance to ensure high-quality output and operational efficiency.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support and oversee offshore team data management workflows and partner cross-functionally with Claims, Network, and Delegated Operations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); identify trends and patterns to predict and prevent bottlenecks.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain provider directory accuracy and lead data improvement projects, serving as a subject matter expert on all things provider data.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><i><b>Required skills and experience:</b></i></p><ul><li><p><span>A "bias toward action" with a can-do attitude; you roll up your sleeves to get the job done.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong data analysis skills and comfort with new product tooling. You are a fast learner who understands the "why" behind the data.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Extremely detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in "messy" data environments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You run toward complexity and have the stamina to tackle hard problems and identify big-picture themes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to shift focus and handle competing priorities in a fast-paced, startup environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong collaborator who can drive alignment across stakeholders.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><i>Desired skills and experience:</i></b></p><ul><li><p><span>2-5 years in operations or consulting.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Previous experience or interest in working with AI tooling and automated workflows.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Looker). SQL is a plus.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Healthcare or Medicare experience is <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">preferred—specifically</span> regarding provider rosters, claims processing, or credentialing.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>#LI-Remote<br><br><b>Salary Range: </b></span>$55,000 - $90,000 /year</p><p></p><p><span style="font-size:14px">The pay range listed for this position is the range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will provide additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package.
