We are unable to consider or sponsor candidates on temporary work authorization, including F‑1 OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, or any status requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.</i></p><p></p></div><p><span><b><u>What You'll Do:</u></b></span></p><ul><li><p>Support and monitor data ingestion pipelines and integration workflows</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot data pipeline, file transfer, and application issues to identify root causes</p></li><li><p>Manage secure inbound and outbound file transfers using SFTP and managed file transfer (MFT) tools</p></li><li><p>Perform basic data validation and troubleshooting using SQL</p></li><li><p>Review pipeline behavior and logs to determine whether issues are file‑related, data‑related, or system‑related</p></li><li><p>Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions</p></li><li><p>Develop and execute test plans to validate system and data changes</p></li><li><p>Document business processes, system workflows, and operational procedures</p></li><li><p>Provide ongoing production support and clear status updates to stakeholders</p></li><li><p><span>Perform other duties as reasonably requested by management</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b><u>Basic Requirements:</u></b></span></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field <b>OR</b> equivalent relevant experience</p></li><li><p><b>2+ years</b> of related experience supporting systems, applications, or data processes</p></li><li><p>Basic working knowledge of SQL for data validation or troubleshooting</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting or monitoring data pipelines, integrations, or file‑based data exchanges</p></li><li><p>Ability to analyze issues, troubleshoot system behavior, and communicate findings clearly</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></b></span></p><div><ul><li><p>Exposure to ETL tools or platforms (e.g., Databricks, Informatica, or similar)</p></li><li><p>Experience with secure file transfer, EDI, or managed file transfer tools</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Python for basic debugging or issue investigation</p></li><li><p>Experience working in SaaS, healthcare, pharmacy, or financial services environments</p></li><li><p>Experience using Jira or similar ticketing / workflow tools</p></li><li><p>Strong documentation, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills</p></li></ul></div><ul></ul><p></p><p>We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
