You'll be a hands-on partner to CEOs and leadership team members at dynamic software and services companies.</p> <p><strong>About this role:</strong> This role will support Topo’s team members in delivering high quality accounting and finance support to Topo’s customers. In this role, we’re looking for a high agency person with a strong understanding of the financial statements and an interest in startups. This role will become increasingly strategic as the individual grows within Topo. </p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Act as a thought partner to company leaders and assist them in making strategic decisions that will help their companies find product-market-fit and accelerate growth</li> <li>Own and update portfolio company financial models and budgets</li> <li>Work with CEOs to determine key metrics and levers to influence change</li> <li>Plan for and execute fundraising objectives</li> <li>Communicate key updates to company board members</li> <li>Oversee accounting functions including accounts payable and accounts receivable</li> <li>Manage monthly close process, analysis and reporting</li> <li>Analyze & monitor cash flow and expense management</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>You’re organized and demonstrate a high attention to detail and accuracy</li> <li>You have an interest in startups and are excited to influence business strategy</li> <li>You have a bias for action and like to take ownership of new projects</li> <li>Ability to communicate effectively with various senior stakeholders</li> <li>You are a voracious learner and can translate new learnings into action</li> <li>You love working with numbers and helping people</li> <li>You have the rare ability to quickly shift from high-level strategic thinking to tactical execution</li> <li>3+ years working in SaaS or professional services finance</li> <li>Excellent quantitative skills with strong experience in Excel and familiarity with Quickbooks</li> <li>Ability to embrace ambiguity, uncertainty, and changing business landscapes</li> <li>Uncompromising integrity</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What We Value:</strong></h2> <h3><strong>TRUST</strong></h3> <p>Our team members operate in a high-trust role with customers.
