<p>We are looking for a creative, highly organised, and growth-oriented Junior Retention & Gifting Coordinator to join our CRM team. You'll get full training, a lot of mentorship, and the freedom to help shape how we reward our community.<br><br></p><p>What you will be doing </p><p><br>Working closely with the CRM and Loyalty teams, you will manage the logistics and execution of: </p><p>- Seasonal & Physical Gifting: Help coordinate fun monthly and seasonal gift campaigns, ranging from gourmet food baskets to climate-specific items like cozy winter blankets or summer travel gear. </p><p>- Merchandise Management: Facilitate the creation and distribution of our brand merchandise, including apparel and exclusive items tailored for our top-tier players. </p><p>- Digital Incentive Programs: Manage the rollout of digital gift cards across major retailers (Amazon, Walmart) and lifestyle experiences (spas, airlines, and cruises). - Bespoke Personalization: Collaborate across departments to pitch and create personalized experiences, such as custom-named physical cards and anniversary gifts for weddings, birthdays, and major milestones.</p> <p>- Prize Draws & Giveaways: Execute promotional giveaways and prize draws, offering players a variety of choice-based digital rewards. </p><p>- High-Value Event Campaigns: Support the assembly of specialty "event boxes" for high-end prize draws involving concerts, sports, and major tech rewards like MacBooks or high-end watches. </p><p>- Process & Idea Optimization: Learn to use our internal CRM tools to track gift delivery, gather player feedback, and actively suggest ways to make our gifting process more creative or efficient.</p> <p><br></p><p>What we are looking for</p> <p>We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates the potential to grow into a high-impact specialist.
