You work across email, social, and print — and you care equally about the concept and the craft.</p><p><br></p><p>You'll work directly with the senior designer and marketing team. You'll work directly with the <em>milk + honey </em>senior designer and marketing team. You’ll have access to brand assets, templates, and team channels to stay connected.</p><ul><li>Contract (1099), remote</li><li>Project-based or retainer structure </li><li>Work is primarily async with occasional check-ins or creative reviews</li><li>Turnaround expectations are communicated clearly in each brief</li><li>You supply your own software, hardware, and design environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>How Your Time Will Be Spent:</strong></p><p><strong>50% email design</strong> — Promotional campaigns, lifecycle sequences, newsletters, seasonal launches — built in collaboration with the marketing team and deployed across our Klaviyo.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>30% social media graphics</strong> — Organic and paid assets for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Static images, carousels, story formats.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>15% print design</strong> — Direct mail, in-spa collateral, and event materials.
