With our growing presence in North America, we are looking for a Director of Business Development – East to join our team and support continued expansion across the region.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Role Overview</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>The Director of Business Development – East will be responsible for supporting business development initiatives across the eastern United States and select regions of Canada through existing distributor partnerships. This role will work closely with distributor leadership teams, field sales teams, salons, and internal departments to support growth initiatives, salon expansion, and overall business performance throughout the territory.<br><br>This role is a great fit for someone who is strategic, proactive, and highly motivated by building brands and driving business performance within the professional beauty industry.
