In this new organization, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional value streams to deliver complex solutions to Data Center and Industrial customers. You will drive an integrated and seamless customer experience for Aftermarket Services enabled by a network of service branches, world class technicians and a robust parts fulfillment strategy across the Americas. You will build your direct team from the ground up and will partner with business and functional leaders in developing the most effective operating rhythms. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a passion for customer interaction, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in leading large scale, cross-functional teams or programs.</p><p></p><p><b>Key deliverables:</b></p><ul><li><p>Work with Data Center leadership team to ensure proper planning and execution of Aftermarket agreements by identifying risks and issues and implementing effective mitigation strategies.</p></li><li><p>Partner with Aftermarket strategy team to develop aftermarket playbook to include competitive and differentiated offerings aligned with global strategy</p></li><li><p>Coordinate directly with Carrier Commercial Services (CCS) to ensure customer requirements are planned and executed to meet and exceed customer SLAs.</p></li><li><p>Provide strategic guidance and support to cross-functional data center teams, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Oversee the execution of aftermarket service initiatives, ensuring on time delivery, within scope, and within budget.</p></li><li><p>Host program performance reviews with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of long-term agreements.</p></li><li><p>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, workflows, and overall business performance.</p></li><li><p>Drive innovation in aftermarket services, leveraging technology and best practices to create value for customers and differentiate the company from competitors.</p></li><li><p>Partner with sales in developing strong, lasting customer relationships and identify new opportunities and partnerships to expand share of wallet with existing customers.</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and industry partners.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree.</p></li><li><p>8+ years’ experience in direct or indirect leadership roles in operations, sales, engineering, aftermarket, strategy, or project management</p></li><li><p>Travel up to 40%.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Master’s degree or other advanced degree</p></li><li><p>Passion for serving customers.
