<p>David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Catalan speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Braga.</p><p></p><p>Position: Customer Service Representative</p><p>Location: Braga, Portugal</p><p>Work model: Remote</p><p>Employment type: fixed term (6 months) with possibility of extension / permanent contract</p><p></p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Handle inquiries and requests across various communication channels, ensuring accurate and timely updates in internal systems</p></li><li><p>Foster positive relationships by delivering prompt and courteous support</p></li><li><p>Support customer satisfaction and long-term engagement by ensuring effective resolution of issues</p></li><li><p>Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all customer interactions</p></li><li><p>Work collaboratively with colleagues and leadership to achieve team objectives</p></li><li><p>Share insights on recurring challenges and suggest opportunities for process or service improvements.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Native / fluent in Catalan both verbal and written.
