We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Sales Engineer for Process Automation Solutions to drive integrated hardware–software–services sales, lead key accounts such as Qatar Energy, manage complex multi‑stakeholder deals, and accelerate business growth in Qatar through strategic account development, opportunity creation, and flawless execution of Schneider Electric’s sales process.
 

 

What will make you successful:

  • Responsible for selling integrated solutions (that bring together both hardware and software products plus services) of process automation.
  •  Achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Involved in the direct sales process by supporting existing accounts in Qatar particularly Qatar Energy and serves as a key point of contact between the client and Schneider electric.
  • Knowledge of major Qatar customers procurement process specially Qatar Energy and clear understanding of decision making criteria.
  • Promote to clients new offerings and recommends integrated solutions that suit client's business' needs.
  • Coordinates the preparation of bids documents and proposals with all stakeholders.
  • Having the capability to conduct product demonstrations to customers with high negotiation skills to close deals.
  • Manage relationship with Qatar customers including Qatar Energy , EPCs , consultants and channel distributers.
  • Manage complex deals with multiple decision maker and manage internal / external stakeholders.
  •  Defines the growth strategy for accounts and leads its implementation .
  • Follow SE sales process and use business forecasting tools.
  • Achieve business goals and region growth strategy.
  • Create new business opportunities at non installed base customers

Qualifications :

  • Engineering degree related to controls or electrical
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in process automation sales .
  • Preferred experience in Qatar market
  • Fluent English communication
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
