Workday Integration Architect (w/ Documents Exports) -100% Remote (MST hours) Information Technology Remote, California Contract Feb 11, 2026 Workday Integration Architect (w/ Documents Exports) - 100% Remote Primary Location: 100% Remote V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Workday Integration Architect (w/ Documents Exports) - 100% Remote for our premier client. Education and Experience 12+ years of enterprise integration experience with 4+ years focused on Workday integrations. Proven experience architecting solutions to export large document volumes (employee files, HR attachments, compliance records) from Workday. Experience designing document extraction frameworks including attachment retrieval and metadata mapping. Strong understanding of Workday data model, business objects, and security domains. Experience integrating Workday with downstream platforms such as Infor, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, or enterprise content management systems. Knowledge of secure file transfer methods (SFTP, APIs, middleware platforms). Experience working in large-scale data migration or system transformation programs. Deep hands-on expertise with: Workday Studio. Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB). Core Connectors. Workday APIs (SOAP/REST). Workday Report-as-a-Service (RaaS). Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience supporting a Workday-to-Infor or Workday-to-ERP migration. Experience with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar). Knowledge of document archival, records management, and compliance requirements in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, insurance). Workday Integration Certification(s). Familiarity with cloud storage platforms (AWS S3, Azure Blob, SharePoint). Nice to Have: Experience with HR data governance and retention policies. Background in enterprise content/document management systems. Experience in healthcare, financial services, or large enterprise environments. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong architectural and systems thinking skills. Ability to handle high-volume data/document migrations with performance optimization. Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills. Ability to lead technical teams and guide integration developers. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Job Responsibilities: Architect end-to-end Workday integration solutions for extracting high volumes of documents and associated data. Support testing, deployment, and post-migration troubleshooting activities. Lead the design of scalable frameworks to export worker documents, attachments, and metadata from Workday to external systems or storage repositories. Provide technical leadership and governance for Workday integration standards and best practices. Define integration patterns using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST). Design and implement document migration strategies ensuring completeness, traceability, and auditability. Collaborate with HR, IT, security, and downstream system teams to map document structures and metadata requirements. Ensure compliance with data privacy, retention, and security policies during document extraction and transfer. Interested?
