Position: Weekend Evening Remote Dispatcher – Towing Company Overview Day Heights Towing is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Weekend Evening Dispatcher to support our after-hours operations on Saturday and Sunday evenings. This position is remote after successful completion of in-person training . The dispatcher plays a key role in coordinating drivers, assisting customers, and keeping operations running smoothly during peak evening hours. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently. Responsibilities • Answer incoming service calls and dispatch drivers efficiently • Manage calls using Tow Book dispatch software • Communicate clearly with drivers and customers • Monitor job progress and update records • Handle urgent or after-hours situations professionally • Maintain accurate and accurate service documentation • Follow company policies and procedures Schedule • Saturdays & Sundays • Evening shifts, typically ending by midnight • 4–8 hours per night • Consistent weekend availability required Training • Paid, in-person training required • Training conducted at company location • Remote work begins after training is successfully completed Qualifications • Strong phone and communication skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting • Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace • Basic computer proficiency • Excellent attendance and punctuality • Ability to remain calm under pressure • Dispatch, call center, or customer service experience preferred What We Offer • Stable, predictable weekend schedule • Remote work opportunity after training • Supportive, family-owned company culture • Opportunity for additional shifts Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 — 16.0 per week Work Location: Remote #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
