Job Description: • own Empowerly’s webinar program end to end and be trusted to turn live and on-demand experiences into real student and family outcomes. • set the webinar strategy and roadmap, defining where and how webinars fit into Empowerly’s acquisition engine. • build the systems that allow the program to scale efficiently. • work closely with lifecycle, paid social, SDR, creative, and data partners to align messaging, promotion, follow-up, and sales handoff. • continuously refine content, formats, and targeting using performance insights. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field. • 4+ years of B2C/EdTech marketing experience, with at least 2+ years owning and scaling a high-volume, revenue-focused webinar program. • Proven expertise in Webinar Program Strategy, MarTech architecture (HubSpot/Salesforce integration), and Operations. • Exceptional organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage a complex portfolio of simultaneous projects and define process discipline for others. • Advanced proficiency with key marketing systems: Zoom Webinars/Events, HubSpot (or equivalent MAP/CRM), and project management tools. • Demonstrated ability to use data (e.g., funnel metrics, A/B test results) to drive strategic decisions and program investment. • Comfort with high-volume work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work PST hours for primary webinar delivery (typically 2–7 PM PST). • Strong Copywriting abilities for landing pages and potentially ad creatives.
