Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing fresh food products, ensuring quality control, and operating warehouse equipment safely. The ideal candidate has experience with forklifts, rider and electric pallet jacks, inventory management, and produce inspections.
What You’ll Do
  • Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments of fresh food products
  • Operate forklifts, rider pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks to move and store inventory
  • Perform produce inspections to ensure quality and freshness of products
  • Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling, rotation, and storage methods
  • Assist with cycle counts and stock audits to ensure inventory levels are correct
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards
  • Follow food safety protocols and warehouse best practices
What You Bring to the Table
✅ Experience: 1-2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in food distribution or produce handling
✅ Equipment Skills: Experience operating forklifts, rider pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks
✅ Inventory Management: Ability to track, count, and organize stock efficiently
✅ Quality Control: Experience with produce inspections and ensuring product freshness
✅ Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in cold storage environments, and stand for extended periods
✅ Attention to Detail: Strong ability to organize inventory, ensure order accuracy, and follow food safety guidelines
