We’re on the hunt for a detail-driven, proactive Warehouse Specialist to join our dynamic team! This role is pivotal to keeping our warehouse operations seamless—you’ll optimize delivery workflows, uphold top-tier safety and organization standards, lead temporary teams, and forge strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs). Key Responsibilities
Sorting & Dispatch
Accurately sort packages by zip code to align with DSP delivery routes, ensuring error-free handoffs.
Coordinate truck dispatch timelines to guarantee timely, efficient delivery operations that meet service standards.
Design and implement optimized delivery routes to cut down delivery times and boost fuel efficiency.
Supervision & Training
Supervise temporary workers during sorting shifts, maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
Train temporary staff on sorting procedures, safety protocols, and best practices to ensure team alignment.
DSP Communication & Partnership
Communicate proactively with DSPs to address and resolve delivery issues quickly, minimizing disruptions.
Identify, vet, and establish partnerships with potential new DSPs to expand our reliable service network.
Inventory & Maintenance
Maintain precise inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
Perform routine warehouse equipment maintenance and handle minor repairs to prevent operational downtime.
Safety & Organization
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to foster a secure workplace.
Uphold a clean, organized warehouse environment that supports efficient workflows and safety.
Issue Resolution & Customer Satisfaction
Track and manage exception cases (damaged, lost, or delayed parcels) with urgency and attention to detail.
Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant teams to resolve issues and elevate overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (verbal + written) is mandatory.
Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field (hands-on experience highly valued).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Demonstrated ability to supervise, train, and motivate temporary workers to meet performance goals.
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and solution-focused problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic warehouse equipment maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
