Warehouse & Operations Associate (Full-Time)

Location: On-site
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some flexibility)
Pay: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, reliable Warehouse & Operations Associate to join our growing company. This role is hands-on and varied—you’ll be responsible for daily warehouse operations while also supporting light office and marketing tasks (such as social media) during some hours. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn new skills, grow with a company, and be part of a small, fast-moving team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, prep, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Receive incoming and handle outgoing shipments and process returns
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and inventory properly stored
  • Safely handle and move boxes up to 50 lbs
  • Operate a forklift (certification required or willingness to obtain)
  • Assist with basic office tasks during downtime
  • Help with light computer-based work such as:
  • Social media posting and engagement
  • Small marketing initiatives
  • General administrative support

Qualifications

  • Comfortable using computers and basic software (training provided where needed)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Forklift certified or willing to become certified
  • Strong computer skills are required, including basic office software, email, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Prior warehouse or shipping experience is a plus, but not required
