The Role
We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to help manage inventory and support our installation team. You’ll be responsible for receiving and organizing equipment, keeping the warehouse clean, and making sure our technicians have what they need for each job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be punctual and reliable, arriving at the warehouse ready to work on time.

  • Receive incoming shipments. Check for damage, confirm quantities, label items, and place them on the correct shelves.

  • Pick and prepare equipment for projects and service calls, and document what is shipped.

  • Do weekly inventory counts. Restock items as needed, and handle returns, RMAs (warranty returns), and transfers between locations.

  • Keep the warehouse and staging areas clean, safe, and well-organized.

  • Follow FIFO (first in, first out) when stocking new items.

  • Help load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles.

  • Speak clearly with project managers and technicians to support their work.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience (AV industry experience is a plus).

  • Comfortable using inventory software (ConnectWise), scanners, and FedEx Ship Manager.

  • Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizing skills.

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Good communication skills and a team-first attitude.

  • Keep work areas clean and organized.

Salary & Benefits

  • This is a part-time position.

  • Up to 25 hours/week (you decide schedule with your manager).

  • $20–$25 per hour, based on experience.

  • Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
