Holland Sharpe is seeking skilled warehouse assembly operators to join a fast-growing team! You could be the ideal candidate if you have experience in hands-on assembly, quality control, or warehouse production.

Responsibilities:

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
  • Assembling metal components (e.g., selecting and installing correct hardware such as hex nuts based on drawings)
  • Picking and packing orders
  • Meeting production targets in a timely manner
  • Maintaining safety and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with hands-on assembly in a manufacturing environment or warehouse.
  • Previous QC experience

Training & Onboarding

  • Hands-on, shadowing-style training
  • Team leads physically demonstrate assembly processes
  • Owner works on the production floor and actively supports assemblers
