What we’d like to see. • You have experience conceiving, leading and launching AI work, with cross-functional knowledge and strategy. • You understand the nuance between deterministic and generative AI and enjoy converging the two into your goals. • You have formal product management methodology experience, refined by substantial practical experience and a proven track record of launching products and innovation. • You have a strong track record of building and bringing innovative digital products to market from within either (or both) an agency environment, or product-driven company. • You have fluency with technology, data, product management and design peers. • You have a proven track record in strategic partnerships, growth, leadership of cross-functional teams, new business development, and responding to RFPs and pitching. • You are a no nonsense, zero ego collaborator who inspires and brings out the best in others to get the work done. • This role is for someone who loves both strategic thinking and “the doing”- those who relish looking at a problem and making new solutions become real. Experience in delivering ideas you’ve envisioned is critical. • You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment with smart and opinionated colleagues who all work at a level of excellence, even under demanding conditions.
