Job Summary

We are seeking highly attentive and responsible individuals to join our team as Virtual Exam Proctors. As a Virtual Exam Proctor, you will be responsible for monitoring online examinations to ensure a secure, fair, and efficient testing environment. You will work directly with educational institutions and corporate clients to uphold examination protocols, prevent cheating, and ensure that students adhere to guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor online exams through a virtual platform, ensuring that all participants are following the prescribed guidelines and maintaining academic integrity.
  • Flag suspicious behavior or violations of exam protocols during live sessions and report findings to relevant authorities.
  • Provide technical assistance to students in case of issues during the examination process.
  • Ensure that the virtual examination environment is secure and free from external disturbances.
  • Maintain accurate records of the examination process, including student attendance and any incidents.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with students, instructors, and other stakeholders.
