<div><strong>Job Description</strong><br/><br/>Virtual Card Product Manager (Commercial Card)<br/><br/><strong>Position Summary</strong><br/><br/>The Virtual Card Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management, strategy, and execution of virtual card solutions within the commercial card portfolio. This role will drive product innovation, partner integration, client experience, and revenue growth while ensuring strong risk management and compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of payments, commercial card products, and product management best practices.<br/><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br/><ul><li>Own the full product lifecycle for virtual card solutions, including strategy, roadmap, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.</li><li>Define and execute product roadmap aligned with business objectives, client needs, and market trends in commercial card and payments.</li><li>Drive commercialization of virtual card capabilities including buyer-initiated payments, virtual card for travel, mobile virtual card and embedded payment use cases.</li><li>Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Treasury, Risk, Operations, Technology) to deliver scalable and competitive solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with external partners including networks, processors, fintechs, and platforms (e.g., ERP, AP automation providers).</li><li>Identify and prioritize product enhancements based on client feedback, market intelligence, and performance analytics.</li><li>Lead business case development, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization initiatives (interchange, rebates, and fees).</li><li>Ensure product compliance with regulatory, network, and internal risk standards, including fraud prevention and controls.</li><li>Monitor product performance through KPIs (volume growth, client adoption, spend penetration, approval rates, fraud metrics).</li><li>Support sales enablement through product training, messaging, and client-facing materials.</li><li>Drive innovation in emerging payment capabilities such as tokenization, real-time payments integration, and embedded finance.</li></ul><strong>Qualifications</strong><br/><ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, payments, or commercial card solutions.</li><li>Strong knowledge of virtual card products, accounts payable (AP) automation, and B2B payment flows.</li><li>Experience working with payment networks (Visa/Mastercard), processors, or fintech partners.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage products end-to-end and deliver measurable business outcomes.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and AI to drive decision-making.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li><li>Experience with APIs, integrations, and digital product delivery preferred.</li><li>Bachelor's degree required</li></ul><strong>Key Skills & Competencies</strong><br/><ul><li>Deep understanding of commercial card economics and value proposition</li><li>Product strategy and roadmap development</li><li>Payments ecosystem knowledge (issuers, acquirers, gateways, fintechs)</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment</li><li>Customer-centric mindset with focus on client experience and usability</li><li>Strong knowledge and understanding of AI tools</li></ul><br/><strong>Pay Transparency </strong><br/><br/>The salary range for this position is $125,000-$145,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus.
