📌 Overview

We are seeking a reliable Video Editor to support our relationship-focused video podcast:

Beyond the Profile: Swipe Less. Connect More.

This is a per-episode editing role focused on both:

Long-form YouTube podcast edits

Short-form marketing clips for social media

We are looking for someone consistent, efficient, and comfortable working within a structured workflow.

🎯 Scope of Work (Per Episode)

Each episode will require:

✔ Editing 1 Full Podcast Episode (30-minute conversational format)

✔ Creating short-form promotional clips from that episode

✔ Formatting vertical content for:

TikTok

Instagram Reels

YouTube Shorts

✔ Basic clean edit (cuts, pacing, audio leveling)

✔ Light visual polish (simple captions, zooms, framing for engagement)

✔ Exporting organized files for distribution to guests + our team

📦 Monthly Volume

We produce approximately:

✅ 4 Episodes Per Month

Editor will be responsible for editing all 4 episodes monthly, including their promotional clips.

💰 Compensation

$30–$50 per episode

(based on experience, speed, and quality)

This equals approximately:

➡ $120–$200 per month for ongoing work.

This is structured as consistent, repeat monthly work, not a one-time project.

✅ Requirements

You should:

✔ Have experience editing talking-head, podcast, or interview content

✔ Be comfortable producing vertical social clips

✔ Understand basic pacing for online audiences

✔ Be organized and able to deliver files on time

✔ Have your own editing software and workstation

🚫 Not a Fit If You:

❌ Only do cinematic / film-style editing

❌ Are looking for high-budget commercial rates

❌ Cannot commit to monthly consistency
