About the Culture YOU Thrive In • You appreciate clarity, open communication, and a no-blame approach to improvement. • You’re not afraid to ask questions, share what you notice, or raise a hand when stuck. • You believe remote doesn’t mean isolated—you want to be part of a collaborative, chatty, and purpose-led team. Key Responsibilities YOU Can’t Wait to Do • Turn audit logs into actionable insights. • Catch missed charges and incomplete documentation. • Collaborate daily, not just deliver reports. • Contribute to improving care, compliance, and communication.
