<Responsibilities>

  • Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
  • Manage guest interactions by addressing questions, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive experience
  • Oversee event activities, coordinate group bookings, and assist with special celebrations or themed events
  • Enforce safety rules and monitor guest behavior to maintain a secure environment for all visitors
  • Handle cash transactions accurately during admissions, merchandise sales, or food service areas
  • Assist with food and beverage service when needed, maintaining cleanliness and quality standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and special events
