Job Description

Wenoxo Technologies is looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer with 1–1.5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a user-first mindset, and the ability to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences for web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications
  • Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
  • Understand user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
  • Conduct basic usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
  • Maintain design consistency across products and platforms
  • Follow brand guidelines and design systems
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices

Requirements

  • 1–1.5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer
  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, usability, and user-centered design
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
  • Experience designing responsive layouts for different screen sizes
  • Ability to present and explain design decisions clearly
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience working in an agile or startup environment
  • Familiarity with UX research methods and accessibility standards
  • Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects
