Additional responsibilities include the development of new treasury management business, the expansion of existing business relationships and the servicing of customers. Implement a regular calling program of customers/prospects to offer treasury management products and services.</p><h2>How You will Make an Impact:</h2><ul><li>Develop new business</li><li>Manage a growing portfolio of treasury management clients</li><li>Call on treasury management customers/prospects with/without account officer</li><li>Understand the client\'s business and industry to provide the best solution</li><li>Provide technical/operational support and product training to customers</li><li>Promote and support all treasury management products as well as other bank products</li><li>Manage sales process and complete/present proposals, request for proposals, pro formas, and analysis for customers and prospects</li><li>Responsible for the sale of treasury management solutions to new clients and retention of current client relationships</li><li>Support the bank\'s strong relationship banking culture through on-going customer contact, quality customer service, and superior product knowledge</li><li>Collect competitive product and pricing information</li><li>Present treasury management awareness sessions as assigned in annual review</li><li>Attend and participate in officers meetings throughout territory as assigned in annual review</li><li>Create and maintain a loyal consultant role with customer/prospects/employees</li><li>Continually increase product knowledge of products as they evolve</li><li>Ability to effectively use bank applications required to perform job</li><li>Comply with all Bank\'s compliance requirements</li></ul><h2>Who You Are:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, plus 7-10 years of TM experience or the equivalent of education and professional TM experience, preferably 10+ years</li><li>Requires sales skills</li><li>Must possess strong communication and presentation skills (written and oral)</li><li>Ability to travel, including overnight</li><li>Excellent organizational and negotiation skills</li></ul><p>If your experience aligns with this description, please consider applying.
