Role Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic individuals in the UK to provide remote customer support for our clients. As a Travel Customer Support Representative, you will answer inquiries, assist with bookings, and ensure clients have a smooth planning experience.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to client questions via email, phone, and online platforms.
Support travel bookings for holidays, flights, resorts, and cruises.
Provide friendly, professional service throughout the client journey.
Research and present travel options tailored to client preferences.
Maintain client records accurately and securely.

Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in customer service or travel is helpful but not required.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
