As a Junior Training & Development Executive at this company located in Khar West, Mumbai, your role will involve supporting the planning, creation, execution, and tracking of internal training programs for various departments including technicians, sales, CRM, consultants, editors, interns, and new joiners. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that every employee receives the necessary training, follows standard operating procedures (SOPs), and upholds the company's quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in creating training modules, SOPs, and process guides. - Coordinate with internal experts to record training videos. - Draft study material, quizzes, and checklists for different departments. - Conduct onboarding sessions for new joiners. - Schedule training sessions and ensure attendance. - Prepare assessments and track performance. - Maintain training records and feedback forms. - Support in planning team activities and engagement sessions.
