Antler Social is a TikTok-first boutique agency, producing high-quality, TikTok-native content for a wide range of clients. Everything we do is driven by data, not opinion - we focus on creating original content for our clients’ target audiences, not jumping on trends for trend’s sake.

We’re a fully remote company, but this role may require the travelling to client shoots in London. We also host quarterly team socials and monthly co-working days in and around London.

We’re looking for someone fun, ambitious, and passionate about TikTok to join our growing team and help shape the future of our creative output!

The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Video Editor who can bring our TikTok content to life. You will be responsible for producing daily video content across a variety of clients, ensuring each piece is engaging, on-brand, and tailored to the fast-paced world of TikTok. Your ability to think outside the box, coupled with your technical skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, will be crucial in delivering high-quality videos that stand out.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and edit TikTok videos for multiple clients daily, ensuring a high standard of quality and creativity.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop innovative content ideas.
  • Maintain a fast-paced workflow without compromising on attention to detail.
  • Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends and incorporate them into your editing.
  • Utilise feedback to continuously improve content quality and performance.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with client brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team on various projects.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro with a solid portfolio showcasing your video editing skills.
  • Demonstrable experience creating content for TikTok or other social media platforms.
  • Strong creative flair and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Initiative and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through video.
  • CapCut experience desired but not a requirement
  • iPhone videography experience desired but not a requirement
