The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Telehealth Coordinator to join our growing team in a fully remote role. As a Telehealth Coordinator, you will serve as the primary link between patients, healthcare providers, and the telehealth platform, ensuring seamless scheduling, smooth operations, and an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule telehealth appointments for patients and healthcare providers.

  • Manage patient communications, including appointment reminders, follow-ups, and service-related inquiries.

  • Ensure patient records and medical documentation are accurate and updated in the system.

  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues patients or providers may face with the telehealth platform.

  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely care and address patient concerns efficiently.

  • Monitor and report on daily telehealth operations to ensure compliance with healthcare protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications
