We help teams identify, hire, onboard, develop, reward, and continually improve the employee experience for all Zoomies.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Owning end-to-end recruitment process from kick off through offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback collection, and offer management.</p></li><li><p>Building and maintaining partnerships with engineering leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Sourcing passive candidates proactively through LinkedIn, GitHub, technical communities, and creative channels using innovative sourcing strategies.</p></li><li><p>Developing and maintaining diverse talent pipelines for current and future requisitions, ensuring balanced candidate slates across all searches.</p></li><li><p>Screening candidates for technical skills, programming languages, engineering competencies, and career alignment.</p></li><li><p>Utilizing AI Companion and AI tools to streamline candidate research, outreach, resume screening, and communications.</p></li><li><p>Leveraging data analytics and AI insights to optimize sourcing strategies, improve efficiency, and track candidate data for business reporting.</p></li><li><p>Providing consistent updates on pipeline status, market insights, and recruitment metrics to stakeholders to influence and educate hiring managers on recruitment process, interview best practices.</p></li><li><p>Negotiating and supporting hiring managers and candidates in developing compelling compensation packages and offers.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we’re looking for</b></p><ul><li><p>Possess over five years of comprehensive technical recruiting experience, specializing in programming languages, software development practices, and engineering roles within full-cycle recruitment processes.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate expertise in sourcing passive candidates using diverse channels such as LinkedIn, GitHub, technical forums, and online platforms.</p></li><li><p>Have hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday) and modern recruitment tools (HireEZ, Paradox, RoleMapper), with data-driven approach leveraging analytics and metrics for strategic decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Have adaptable mindset with proven ability to embrace and effectively utilize AI-powered tools to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance candidate identification.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate advanced verbal and written communication abilities to convey complex technical concepts effectively while fostering relationships and managing stakeholders through successful collaborations.</p></li><li><p>Have well-developed influencing and consulting skills to educate and guide hiring managers on best practices, develop innovative hiring solutions, and drive continuous process improvements in collaborative, high-growth SaaS environments.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Salary Range or On Target Earnings:</b></p><p></p><p>Minimum:</p>$76,800.00<p></p><p>Maximum:</p>$186,200.00<p></p><p><span>In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.</span></p><p></p><p><span>We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations</span></p><p><span>At Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
