Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple functions, ensuring timely and quality hires aligned with business needs.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring demands.

  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, including ATS optimization, workflow enhancements, and interview design to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing approaches such as digital campaigns, talent mapping, and market intelligence to strengthen hiring outcomes.

  • Build recruitment dashboards from scratch and leverage analytics to provide actionable insights, track KPIs, and support data-driven hiring decisions.

Requirements
  • Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment delivery, especially in hiring Cybersecurity talents with strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence hiring decisions.

  • Demonstrated experience building recruitment dashboards and reports from scratch, with strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

  • Hands-on experience optimizing recruitment systems, tools, and processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

  • Ability to lead or contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance productivity and candidate/manager experience.

  • Proactive, solutions-oriented self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and drives continuous improvement.
