ARES is growing and looking to bring on a Technical Recruiter to work on contract opportunities within the Public Sector (Ontario Provincial Government).

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing and qualifying to offer presentation and employment verifications.
  • Manage a high volume of IT requisitions.
  • Ensure all candidate information and notes are uploaded and maintained in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide an excellent candidate experience to all candidates.
  • Continuously grow a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Ensure all interaction internally with team members and externally with candidates complies with HR best practices, diversity and inclusion best practices and the human rights code.
Qualifications

  • Must have previous experience and demonstrated success with high volume IT recruitment in an a VMS (vendor management system) environment
  • University Degree in Human Resources, Business or other relevant discipline
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
  • Critical thinking skills with a desire to learn
  • Positive attitude with strong collaboration skills
  • Detail oriented with a strong work ethic
