Position Overview:

We’re looking to fill part-time/full time positions starting immediately . We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our team. If you’re interested in learning more about the wine and spirits industry and contributing to a local small business, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

  • Stocking shelves, managing inventory, and setting up displays.
  • Handling cash and credit transactions accurately at the register.
  • Processing phone and online orders, and helping customers with selections.
  • Making local deliveries (serving the entire North Fork and Shelter Island).
  • Receiving supplier deliveries and organizing stock in our backroom.
  • Supporting daily store tasks like web order fulfillment and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Must have a clean driver’s license (no accidents, tickets, or legal infractions).
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift 40-50 pounds repeatedly (cases of wine/spirits) and handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Interest in wine and spirits (experience is a plus but not required).

Ideal Candidate:

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player.
  • Friendly and outgoing with strong customer service skills.
  • Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eager to learn and grow within a small business setting.
