Role Description

The Talent Brand team helps people see Dropbox as more than a place to work. It’s a place where creativity, community, and impact come together. We tell the stories that attract the people who will shape the future of distributed, AI-powered work.

As the Talent Brand Creative & Campaigns Lead, you will source and develop the stories, campaigns, and creative expressions that deepen emotional connection to Dropbox, as an employer. Leveraging AI technology and in partnership with agency partners, you’ll shape end-to-end content strategy, lead social creative development, and create global and localized campaigns that resonate with key talent audiences.

You’ll also serve as our Poland market lead, a market with a thriving Dropbox hub, tailoring creative and campaign activation to local needs and cultural context.

You’ll collaborate closely with Talent Brand teammates in Brand & Insights, to ground creative direction in data, and Experiential Activation, to amplify and extend event-based storytelling.
