Your responsibilities to assure supply of products will have a direct impact on sales and company growth!</p><p></p><p>Depending on your final placement, below are variety of responsibilities you could have as a Supply Chain Manager:</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies to improve flow through the warehouse and in our E2E supply chain.</p></li><li><p>Delivery and start-up of new equipment, initiatives, and projects</p></li><li><p>Controlling inventory via warehouse management systems & processes</p></li><li><p>Managing timely shipping & receiving of customer orders and supply</p></li><li><p>Designing and utilizing digital tools to drive scale and work simplification.</p></li><li><p>Developing and improving standards to enable us to achieve the performance targets for the processing area and enable us to be a supplier of choice for our customers.</p></li><li><p>Understanding and working with state-of-the-art robotics and cutting-edge technologies including self-guided vehicles, automated storage and retrieval systems, and automated picking solutions</p></li><li><p>Managing scheduling and capacity for production and material supply</p></li><li><p>Enabling the launch of new products to the market</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Constructing learning programs, coaching, and training for</p><ul><li><p>Ensuring freight capacity and reliable transportation of loads</p></li><li><p>Optimizing inventory at P&G’s warehouses and distribution centers</p></li><li><p>Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies</p></li><li><p>Forecasting customer demand</p></li><li><p>Partnering with retail customers to ensure on-shelf availability of P&G products.</p></li></ul></li></ul><p></p><h2><b>What We Offer You</b></h2><ul><li><p>You will have business responsibilities from Day 1 – You will start of working on key brands from the beginning.
