About the position Guild is hiring a Strategic Planning Manager. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners and leadership to design, measure and execute on Guild's strategy and annual plan, all while helping Guild achieve its mission. You'll form strong relationships across the organization and work with both internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you'd be a critical member of the team, identifying new opportunities, driving process improvements and providing decision support for leadership. Responsibilities • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to develop long range strategy, annual operating plans, and KPIs across the business. • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve our systems, processes, and reporting. • Structure Guild's Rhythm of Business (RoB) for the leadership team, including monthly and quarterly business reviews. • Support preparation for our Quarterly Business Reviews and Board of Directors meetings. • Analyze business and performance trends to provide actionable insights and decision support to Guild's leadership team, and translate strategy into effective execution. Requirements • You can distill and communicate complex topics broadly to board members, clients, front-line team members and everyone in between. • Comfortable and confident presenting to senior leadership. • You have a positive attitude with a can-do, service-oriented mentality. • You are collaborative, with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and build successful working relationships. • You are a self-starter with a roll-up-the-sleeves, action oriented mindset to have an impact in a fast-paced, rapidly changing growth environment. • You have sharp attention to detail with a natural feel for numbers and data, and have a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. • You are passionate about serving our students and an unrelenting drive to build an amazing business. • You have strong organizational and time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks with multiple stakeholders while hitting deadlines on time sensitive projects. Nice-to-haves • You have 4+ years of relevant work experience in a related role, including management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or strategic planning. • You have strong experience in data analysis, financial modeling, business process optimization, and developing executive level presentations.
