Job Description

Expressions Stationery Shop Inc. is looking for a results-driven and people-oriented Store Manager to lead our team at Expressions. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure 100% achievement of the store’s sales plan through strategic planning, team engagement, and execution of sales-building initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage store budget, labor cost, utilities, and other operational expenses through cost-efficient strategies.
  • Oversee and implement accurate inventory management practices, stockroom controls, and timely merchandise handling.
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service by implementing company standards and ensuring store compliance with health and safety protocols.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
  • Implement innovative revenue-generating initiatives such as online selling and handling of corporate orders.
  • Maintain proper staffing aligned with flexible work arrangements and operational requirements.
  • Execute proper store documentation, timely payment of bills and licenses, and coordination with support departments.
Job Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management or any related course.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of leadership experience in retail; has managed a team of at least 8 people.
  • Strong leadership, planning, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge in inventory control, sales analysis, labor cost management, and operational planning.
