Lead program finance analyst responsible for providing comprehensive financial management, reporting, and analysis for programs in the Laser & Sensor Systems portfolio. Provides overall financial support to program managers, CAMs, and other program team members to ensure financial commitments are met. Additional duties include creating and monitoring charge numbers utilizing SAP, managing work authorizations via eWAD, invoicing/collections, and support of program reviews. Responsibilities

  • Lead program finance analyst responsible for providing comprehensive financial management, reporting, and analysis for programs in the Laser & Sensor Systems portfolio.
  • Earned Value management and analysis
  • Actuals reporting
  • Funding management
  • Orders/Sales/EBIT/Cash forecasting
  • Provides overall financial support to program managers, CAMs, and other program team members to ensure financial commitments are met.
  • Creating and monitoring charge numbers utilizing SAP
  • Managing work authorizations via eWAD
  • Invoicing/collections
  • Support of program reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Proficient in Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting
  • Financial planning and analysis experience (Orders, Sales EBIT, Cash forecasting)
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Microsoft Office Skills - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • The ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance may be necessary

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Lockheed Martin RMS financial toolsets: SAP, Cobra, Hyperion
  • Experience as lead program financial analyst working closely with functional counterparts (PM, contracts, planning, subcontracts, etc.)
  • Experience with Government accounting requirements and various contract types (fixed price, cost plus, T&M, IDIQ, etc.)
