Sr Sourcing Specialist- Labor Services- Remote Details: • Contract position • $49.00 /hour • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) • Lead sourcing initiatives and RFx processes for engineering consulting, design services, and technical contractors. • Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business needs. • Negotiate supplier agreements and manage the full contract lifecycle. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and evaluate proposals. • Monitor supplier performance, analyze spend data, and ensure compliance with procurement policies. Sr Sourcing Specialist- Labor Services- Remote Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement with category expertise. • Strong negotiation and contract management skills - Experience with RFx processes and supplier evaluation. • Excellent analytical and communication skills. • Proficiency in procurement platforms and reporting tools.
