About the Role

The Sr. Paid Media and Lead Generation Specialist plays a key role in driving patient growth across Pinnacle Fertility’s national network of clinics. This position is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising and lead generation strategies that increase patient engagement and inbound demand. In this role, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver data-driven campaigns, maximize conversion performance, and support overall marketing effectiveness while driving measurable results

We are seeking an Sr. Paid Media and Lead Generation Specialist to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a full-time on-site salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid media strategies across digital platforms.
  • Manage relationships with external advertising agencies, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and performance expectations.
  • Drive lead generation initiatives with a focus on increasing qualified inbound patient inquiries.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CPL, CPA, ROI) and continuously optimize for efficiency and scale.
  • Collaborate with clinic teams to tailor marketing strategies to local market needs.
  • Partner across teams to align paid media efforts with broader SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Support tracking and attribution efforts to connect campaigns to conversions.
  • Perform additional duties and support marketing initiatives as needed.

Position Requirements

  • Experience & Skills:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid digital advertising with a proven track record of driving results.
    • Strong performance-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
    • Experience managing or partnering with digital marketing agencies.
    • Proficiency in campaign analytics and performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Familiarity with technical components such as tracking, form fills, and data integration.
    • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency environment preferred.
    • Google Ads or related certifications are a plus.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
    • Highly analytical with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Annual Salary: Final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
