Overview

This hybrid position will be located at our Corporate Office in New York City. Expectations for hybrid in-office schedule is three days a week, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Due to the nature of the role, additional ability and willingness to travel and work some nights and weekends for work events required based on business needs.

Foot Locker, Inc. is hiring a Sr. Manager, Retail Visual Merchandising Partnerships to join our team! This job is accountable for promoting retail VM partnerships for Foot Locker, Inc. through in-store and window visual merchandising programs, plus working with various other marketing departments on special campaigns, events and programs. This role will work closely with the Director, Retail Visual Merchandising Partnerships and Director, Retail Visual Merchandising, NA on setting the strategy for instore presentation in all Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, and Champs doors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and implementation of all Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker and Champs visual programs, consistent with the divisions' strategy and image
  • Lead the concept and design efforts visual programs across NA
  • Assist with the organization and execution of new and existing programs
  • Assist with the strategic direction and problem solving of all existing and future programs
  • Assist with the execution of in-store programs of all levels, including elevated displays
  • Assist with budgetary control
  • Manage the NA Retail VM Partnerships Manager and delegate/oversee production, development, and implementation strategies of visual programs
  • Coordinate timely delivery of programs and kits on a consistent basis
  • Systematically direct and accomplish several programs and projects simultaneously
  • Adapt to new and evolving program/project modifications per Sr. Executive directives
  • Assist in developing a clear season process calendar for the VM department
  • Develop and maintain weekly touchpoints with Global Regions, NA, EMEA & APAC
Qualifications

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • A deep understanding of visual merchandising and customer experience
  • The ability to lead and manage a team
  • Demonstrated experience with design tools including Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat etc.,) Keynote, and Sketchup is required
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams)
  • Familiarity using Apple Mac PC is desirable
  • Design experience and/or knowledge of print production is preferred
  • Basic understanding of photography is preferred
  • Availability to travel a minimum of 50% time per month is required
  • The ability to lift 30-40 pounds

The annual base salary range is $90000 - $110000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
