We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Director, Clinical Learning & Development to join our team and lead the training and development of our home health clinical staff. This role is crucial to ensuring our team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care to our patients. Develop and implement training programs for our home health clinical staff, including nurses, therapists, and aides. Create and maintain a comprehensive curriculum for clinical training, incorporating industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions to address any knowledge or skill gaps. Lead a team of trainers and educators to deliver high-quality, effective training programs to our clinical staff. Develop and maintain relationships with external training partners and vendors to supplement and enhance our internal training offerings. Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures in training programs. Develop and maintain a training budget, tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed. Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in healthcare to ensure our training programs are up-to-date and relevant. Act as a mentor and coach to clinical team members, providing ongoing support and guidance for their professional development. Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Operations, to integrate training into onboarding and ongoing performance management processes. Represent the company at industry conferences and events, sharing our organization's approach to clinical education and development. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on training initiatives and make recommendations for strategic improvements. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, promoting a positive and engaging learning environment for our clinical staff.
