Project Overview Speak! Language Center is a boutique, award-winning language & travel education business (21 years established). We are refreshing our brand presence with a new Squarespace 7.1 website and need a designer who can: Create a beautiful, conversion-focused Squarespace site Work with our existing sites and Figma designs for the new site and adapt to Squarespace Work with business owner to help streamline sitemap and flow Blend and unify design elements from our two current sites: Existing Squarespace 7.0 site (main marketing site) LearnWorlds site (online academy with more modern design - all designed in Figma) Help establish a clean brand visual identity that merges both Coordinate subdomain setup for our LearnWorlds academy (either directly or by collaborating with our technical advisor) We're looking for a partner who can design AND build — no separate developer needed. What We’re Looking For A Squarespace 7.1 specialist who: ✔ Designs and builds modern Squarespace sites (no developers, no Figma handoff) ✔ Can help unify two different design styles into one cohesive brand ✔ Understands UX, navigation, and conversion principles ✔ Communicates clearly in English (this is essential) ✔ Can advise on layout, hierarchy, and visual direction ✔ Understands service-based and education-based businesses ✔ Can help with domain & subdomain setup (either directly or by coordinating with our technical consultant) We do NOT need: ❌ custom code ❌ custom CSS ❌ complex development ❌ someone who wants to fully “redesign” in Figma ❌ someone who doesn’t specialize in Squarespace Project Scope 1. Brand Integration Work Review both existing sites Pull visual elements, colors, layout inspiration Help define a unified design Set up color palette + typography Build consistent page templates 3. User Experience / Navigation Work Help refine our sitemap Ensure user-friendly paths Clear CTA structure (“Register” vs “Enroll Now”) 4. Technical Setup Assist with domain and subdomain configuration (SpeakLanguageCenter.com → Squarespace Academy.SpeakLanguageCenter.com → LearnWorlds) Confirm SEO settings are carried over 5.
