Why your role is important We are hiring a Solutions Architect to be the technical face of our go to market in the United States. You will validate feasibility in presales, guide customers through onboarding, and operate as a trusted advisor across cloud and Kubernetes topics. Your work reduces load on product and engineering while keeping quality high, and turns complex questions into clear, actionable next steps for customers and teammates. What Will Your Job Look Like Your day-to-day responsibilities: • Pre-sales & Technical Validation: Partner with Account Executives on discovery, technical deep dives, and objection handling. Review requirements, assess feasibility, and supply clear documentation or examples when needed. Join calls when depth is required. • Onboarding and implementation: Support Customer Success on the onboarding plan. Provide integration guidance, best practices, tutorials, and step by step examples. Jump in on POC or implementation tasks when it unblocks the customer and aligns with the plan. Help define technical success criteria. • Product & Tech Support: Be our product expert, supporting all our existing customers on the Qovery platform functionality and cloud provider integrations while ensuring timely issue resolution • Drive continuous improvement of support processes through documentation enhancement, tool optimization, and knowledge base development to scale our customer support capabilities • Communication and escalation: Keep tight loops between Sales, Success, Product, and Engineering. Translate complex incidents into clear updates, manage status communications, and raise product feedback with context and impact. • Contribute to Qovery's open-source ecosystem, particularly the CLI and Terraform Provider, to help our customers during the onboarding and run phases About you • Senior-level engineering experience, particularly in Cloud infrastructure and software architecture in production environments. • Proficiency in at least one of the following: AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes. • A solid foundation in Engineering and Infrastructure principles (e.g., DNS, operating systems) • Strong debugging skills in complex technical environments • Excellent customer relationship skills and the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with technical support on SaaS products • Comfortable with at least one programming language and open to learning Kotlin, Rust, and Golang. • Builder mentality: strong written communication; confident on the phone; resilient and coachable. • Collaborative: You thrive in a team environment, sharing learning and winning together. • Fluent in English. • Based on the East Coast.
