Responsibilities: POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a Software Engineer to join client's Windows Server Ecosystem and Customer Experiences team, this is going to be a hybrid role in Redmond, WA. This role works within a global engineering group focused on delivering innovative solutions across AI, cloud services, platform security, and enterprise infrastructure technologies. Depending on your technical background, you will contribute in one or more of the following technical focus areas. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: (Based on Focus Area) AI & Application Development • Develop AI-driven applications using Azure AI platform, arenaflex Foundry, and arenaflex Agent Framework • Build full-stack web applications (frontend and backend) • Work with LLMs, AI agents, and AI application workflows • Deploy applications using Azure resources and Container Apps • Develop using Python, C#/.NET, and TypeScript Windows Server Certification & Lab Engineering • Support Windows Server hardware certification (HLK/WSC) processes • Troubleshoot hardware test failures and validation issues • Work with Windows Server OS, drivers, and hardware configurations • Maintain lab environments and certification pipelines • Support data operations using Azure Cosmos DB Azure Security Engineering • Manage and monitor Azure resource security posture • Respond to security incidents and operational alerts • Support Azure tenant governance and virtual networking security • Create operational and security reports using Power BI S360 Security Platform Engineering • Deploy and manage the S360 security platform • Configure risk assessment, vulnerability management, and compliance modules • Analyze alerts and support security incident investigations • Integrate S360 with Azure and Windows Server environments • Implement continuous security monitoring and posture visualization Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Experience in software engineering, cloud platforms, security engineering, or enterprise systems • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team environment • Fluency in both English and Mandarin required.
