Job title: Software Contracts Compliance Analyst (100% Remote) Company: Arrow Electronics Job description: Position: Software Contracts Compliance Analyst (100% Remote) Job Description: What You'll Be Doing: • Serves as the SME (subject matter expert) on how software products are compliantly used in accordance with the license agreements for key software contracts • Validate software licensing entitlements against CMDB reports and other asset reports provided by IT Asset Management and suppliers • Report on usage vs. license entitlements in agreements with suppliers • Identify areas of non-usage to evaluate a reduction in license counts and support • Identify areas of license reclamation to redistribute existing licenses to save on software expenses • Assist in software contract and true-up negotiations by providing usage and entitlement information • Perform software license audits • Track key renewals • Work with business to ensure compliance with software agreements • Build financial models showing the current state and future state of software usage to enable good procurement decisions • Manage the GEP SMART indirect spend reporting program • Create and run indirect spend reports using the various internal data repositories What We Are Looking For: • Detail oriented • Expert Excel skills • Ability to communicate and present information at all levels of the organization • Data Analyst skills • Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on managing to business outcomes through collaboration with multiple stakeholders • Familiarity with online administration portals from software publishers • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems and Technology, or Business Administration. • Demonstrated supply chain knowledge and experience. • Minimum five (5) years of experience in related field.
