Job Purpose:
 

We are looking for a highly creative SMM Specialist & Creative Concept Developer who will be responsible for generating concepts, storylines, shotlists, and stylistic ideas for cinematic video content, as well as managing and shaping the brand’s social media presence.
This role is key to developing strong visual stories and premium-level content concepts that align with Beno’s luxury image.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative & Cinematic Concept Development:
  • Generate original ideas for cinematic social-media videos (Reels, TikTok, brand films, lifestyle shoots).
  • Develop concepts, storyboards, moodboards, and visual references for upcoming shoots.
  • Create scripts and outlines for dynamic, emotional, and luxury-oriented video content.
  • Research trends in cinematography, luxury lifestyle visuals, and Dubai content aesthetics.
  • Provide the production team with clear creative direction for each shoot (vibes, pacing, angles, aesthetics).

Social Media Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the brand and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and grow company accounts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (captions, ideas, reels concepts, story sequences).
  • Collaborate with the videographer, editor, and marketing team to ensure consistent brand storytelling.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to followers, and maintain strong community interaction.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions).
  • Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, and content formats.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns when needed (boosting, lead ads, targeting).
  • Support events, launches, and collaborations by planning creative social coverage concepts.

Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in SMM, content strategy, or creative concept development
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to produce cinematic ideas for video content
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools
  • Excellent storytelling, concept-writing, and communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely, independently, and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail, aesthetic taste, and brand consistency

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, real estate, marine, or automotive sectors
  • Experience working with videographers and editors
  • Basic understanding of filmmaking and visual storytelling principles
  • Influencer marketing experience (bonus)
