As our Social Media Manager, you’ll turn that story into influence by building a brand presence that inspires business leaders, sparks conversation, and shapes the narrative around the future of work and decision-making. You’ll play a key role in increasing Pigment’s visibility, credibility, and engagement on social channels, with a particular focus on LinkedIn. This role sits at the intersection of brand, thought leadership, and storytelling and you’ll have a direct hand in shaping how the world perceives Pigment. You’ll collaborate directly with internal teams, company leadership, and our external social media agency to bring fresh and creative ideas to life through engaging copy, visuals, and video. What You'll Do: • Manage Pigment’s organic social media channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn • Develop and execute an engaging content plan across multiple formats that amplifies Pigment’s brand narrative, thought leadership, product innovation, and company culture • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and comms to create campaign moments around product launches, funding milestones, or major partnerships. • Support Pigment’s executives in building their online presence, crafting posts and ideas that position them as trusted thought leaders • Find creative ways to build community and spark conversation, including running and evolving Pigment’s employee advocacy campaign, and engaging customers, prospects and partners • Engage with external voices in our ecosystem to expand Pigment’s reach and influence. • Monitor social and industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant news to identify timely opportunities for engagement • Stay ahead of social and industry trends, experimenting with new formats and storytelling techniques • Experiment with new formats and storytelling techniques, as well as AI tools to enhance content creation, analytics, and personalization, to keep Pigment’s social presence fresh, relevant and distinctive • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, using those insights to improve future content and strategy • While LinkedIn will be your primary channel, you’ll explore new opportunities on emerging platforms where Pigment’s audiences are active Who You Are: • You want to join a passionate, collaborative team that believes storytelling and data can change how businesses make decisions and you want to play a key role in sharing that vision with the world. • You combine strategic thinking with creative instinct.
