SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT MANAGER

We work across a mix of exciting sectors and now were looking for a social media content manager to join our social media team in London supporting key accounts.

What Youll Do

We are looking for a creative, proactive and organised social media content manager to lead the day-to-day running of our social clients across multiple channels.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands how to engage audiences, and can turn ideas into compelling, high performing content.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Content Creation and Copywriting

  • Write clear, compelling copy tailored for each platform. Plan, storyboard and produce content that reflects our brand tone and drives engagement.

  • Video Capture and Editing

  • Confidently shoot on the go content, interviews, event footage and social first video assets. Edit videos optimised for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn using accessible, fast turn around workflows.

  • Creative Design

  • Use Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva to design visually compelling graphics, animations and social templates that bring campaigns to life.

  • Paid social and sponsored content

Plan, set up and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant platforms, ensuring they align with broader content and campaign objectives.
Manage sponsored organic content, including boosting high performing posts, allocating budgets, and ensuring correct tracking and reporting structures are in place.

  • Community Management

  • Build, nurture and moderate active online communities. Respond to comments, messages and conversations in a timely, engaging and brand appropriate manner.

  • Influencer identification and management

Identify relevant influencers, creators and subject matter voices that align with campaign objectives, audience strategy and brand values.
Manage outreach, contracting and briefing of influencers, ensuring expectations, deliverables and timelines are clear.
  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance across all social platforms, compiling monthly reports that surface insights, learnings and recommendations. Use data to guide strategic decisions and content optimisation.

  • New business support

Collaborate with the team to develop social-led ideas, examples and case studies that strengthen pitch responses.

  • Channel & Trend Awareness

  • Stay ahead of platform updates, cultural trends, audio trends and content formats to ensure our content remains relevant, future focused and competitive.

  • Experience across social media management, content production and influencer activity, with a good understanding of marketing and advertising

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly

  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

  • Desire to learn about all areas of the business

  • Flexible and comfortable working at pace in a busy environment

  • Proficient in core IT tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
